Sunny south facing, the lodge sits in the most private location on one of the lakes at Stonerush Lakes and is surrounded by evergreen shrubs with abundant wild life.

Perched on the bank with its decking overhanging the lake, this luxury lodge is in immaculate condition and has been tastefully furnished, which benefits the sophisticated holiday market.

With its contemporary design and vaulted ceilings it is filled with high quality fixtures and fittings, oak engineered flooring, wool carpets, oak doors, fully fitted kitchen appliances finished with oak block worktops.

Externally clad with natural unstained cedar cladding, engineered timber windows and doors with aluminium cladding externally.

This fabulous lodge is one of the largest at Stonerush Lakes. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The large open plan living area as well as the two main bedrooms have French doors that lead directly onto the full width decking. On this expansive decking and tucked away is a hot tub which can be accessed directly from the en-suite bathroom.

It is only a short distance to the Old Mill that has been tastefully converted into a quiet retreat housing a Bistro and reception area.

The lodge comes furnished and can be fully managed by the on-site management team if required. When lounging aboard the large decking or sitting in the hot tub there couldn't be a more perfect place to soak in the relaxing beauty of the surroundings, making it an excellent holiday home or second home investment.

Tenure: 120 year licence agreement. It is restricted for holiday use only and be used as a second home or holiday home investment for 12 months, but cannot become your primary residence.

Stonerush Lakes is a secluded retreat and it is as beautiful as it is tranquil. It sits down a small lane in the middle of rural Cornwall and has been cleverly crafted from 3 valleys that all came together to form 4 lakes.

Even though it is in the heart of the countryside, it is only a short drive to the sandy beaches of Looe. Fowey, only 5 miles away via Boddinick, home to one of the finest harbours in the country as is the typical Cornish fishing village of Polperro. Talland Bay is 6 miles away and provides three small sandy beaches flanked by a rocky foreshore.
