The open plan kitchen, dining, lounge area, of outstanding proportions consists of all the kitchen storage and worktop areas and appliances you will need. A Bosch double oven, Bosch microwave and Bosch 5 burner hob together with a Bosch overhead extractor takes care of all your cooking requirements. An island breakfast bar with sink and seating for 3 has the Bosch dishwasher and wine cooler below. The large Bosch American freestanding fridge/freezer completes the kitchen ensemble.

The dining area consists of a large modern dining table with 6 matching chairs. The rest of the large, open area has a 3/4 seater sofa, a 2 seater sofa and a swivel chair. The 50ins Smart Panasonic TV sits on a modern TV unit with storage below. Complimentary furniture units are also included. 2 modern upright radiators complete the stylish design.

The lodge has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room with his and hers illuminated mirrors and sinks with storage below and large dual head shower cubicle. In the bedroom there is plenty of storage with a large dual sliding doors wardrobe, together with bedside drawers. There is plenty of space for the Super King Size bed.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a large wardrobe together with bedside drawers.

The third bedroom has 2 bunks and a double sofa, together with large wardrobe and bedside drawers. This room has a Smart TV and is designed to be used as a day room, as well as stylish bedroom with it’s 2 porthole windows.

The spacious family bathroom with its large, heated towel rail has a bath with dual headed shower over. A sink with storage below and an illuminated mirror with shaving point completes the features.

The lobby area has a handy seat where you can sit to change your footwear, and store under. There are coat hooks for all your outerwear.

Stepping further into the lodge, there is a useful storage cupboard behind double oak finished doors, where the Vaillant central heating boiler and Bosch washer/dryer are situated. Also storage space for other items.

The lodge is finished with an extremely hardwearing cedral concrete weatherboard in white and light grey, perfect for any coastal lodge holiday in Cornwall.

The lodge is complemented by the most substantial decking area to be found, constructed from concrete block and beam, finished with a resin top surface. There is a glass balustrade so the wonderful view remains uninterrupted. From the decking there is access to the large hot tub from where the views can still be enjoyed.

Each tier of the development has its own security gate with private code protected entry. A full home inventory is included so the new owner can just walk in and start enjoying the unique holiday experience straightaway.

A full & successful letting service is available through the park although this lodge has been used privately by friends and family only.

About the park / location

Gull Rocks Beach is under the same ownership as the 5* camping and caravanning site Trevornick. As such all Trevornick facilities are accessible to Gull Rocks owners and their guests.

There are adjacent golf courses, par 3, pitch and putt, and crazy golf also under the same ownership, also with Gull Rocks access.

2 fishing lakes are also on Trevornick. Gull Rocks owners have full access to Trevornick but owners privacy is assured by the security gates. Trevornick facilities include, open air swimming pool, shop, restaurant/takeaway, bar etc. See Trevornick website for more details. Trevornick facilities are available on a seasonal basis.

Gull Rocks is open 11 months of the year for holiday occupation only! A short walk along a private path and through the sand dunes leads to the magnificent swimming/surfing beach at Holywell Bay with it’s seasonal surf school. Lifeguards are present during the Summer season.
