Being close to the border means travelling here is straightforward and you can enjoy both counties with ease. It is only around two hours from Bristol, so weekend getaways are always within reach.
Nature lovers will feel right at home here. The lodge enjoys regular visits from woodpeckers and nuthatches during the day, then in the evening you can listen to owls calling as the sun drops behind the hills. It is a wonderful spot to enjoy quiet moments on the deck surrounded by countryside.
