The park is open 12 months of the year for second home/holiday use.  Lodge owners have access to Stratheck Club House (a short walk away), also free access to thee facilities at Hunters Quay Holiday Park.

Loch Eck, stretching seven miles with a depth of 43 metres, is perfect for freshwater fishing, and owners can moor their boats just steps from their holiday home. For those who love to walk or hike, a variety of well-marked trails are ready to be explored nearby. Plus, in under an hour, you can find yourself at the famous Loch Lomond.

The park is connected to neighbouring Stratheck, where Owners can enjoy the Clubhouse, children's attractions, and the excellent leisure facilities at nearby Hunters Quay Holiday Village.
